Land Development Senior Project Engineer
We’re seeking a qualified Land Development Senior Project Engineer who has design skills with knowledge of residential and commercial land development, including design from concept planning to construction and completion of projects for water, sewer, drainage, paving, and site layout. Candidates must be able to interact with clients, perform inspections, attend meetings, and develop cost estimates. Must have 5-15 years of land development experience.
Land Development Engineering Entry Level/EIT
We’re seeking an entry level EIT position in land development working on a variety of civil engineering projects. The position will entail working alongside our experienced engineering and construction management teams to be exposed to many different aspects of the civil engineering industry. A land development EIT will assist project managers and collaborate with engineers to solve complex problems and produce our clients’ visions for their projects.
Municipal Senior Water and Wastewater Treatment Design Engineer
We’re seeking a qualified Senior Water and Wastewater Treatment Design Engineer to lead team members in projects related to municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects including treatment facilities, lift stations, pump stations, storage facilities, and transmission and distribution facilities. Experience in site drainage design is a plus. Candidates must be self-motivated and are expected to provide technical design resulting in complete sets of construction plans for municipal projects.
Land Development Senior CAD Designer
We’re seeking a qualified Land Development Senior CAD Designer who is proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Candidates should be self-starters, goal oriented, energetic, motivated and should be highly proficient with Civil 3D 2021 to accomplish the tasks associated with the necessary qualifications and responsibilities as outlined below. The applicant will work with the design team on a variety of land development and municipal site development projects.

Municipal Engineering Entry Level/EIT
We’re seeking an entry level municipal EIT position to obtain experience working on municipal design projects. You will work alongside our experienced engineering and construction management teams to be exposed to many different aspects of the civil engineering industry. As a valuable addition to our company, you will assist project managers and collaborate with engineers to solve complex problems and produce our clients’ visions for the betterment of their communities.
Land Development Project Manager
We’re seeking a qualified Land Development Project Manager with design skills and experience managing residential and commercial land development, including design from concept planning to permitting, construction and completion of projects for water, sewer, drainage, paving, and site layout. Candidates must be able to interact with clients, perform inspections, attend meetings, and develop work scopes and fees for proposals. The ideal candidate would be a licensed Professional Engineer with 10-20 years of land development project management experience.
Municipal Project Manager
We’re seeking a qualified Municipal Project Manager to lead team members in projects related to water and wastewater treatment plants, lift stations, and pump stations. You will lead a team that designs water and wastewater conveyance systems including lift stations, pump stations, water towers, prepares master plans & studies for municipal water and wastewater systems, submits and secures environmental permits with State and Federal Agencies, and provides construction management on public infrastructure projects.
Civil Engineering Intern
We’re seeking a Civil Engineering Intern for the design team, who will provide support for projects during the research, design, plan production, quality control, bidding, and construction phases for land development and/or municipal projects. Routine task work will include design calculations, project and manufacturer research, civil and mechanical design, plan production, creation of bidding, contract and specification documents under the guidance of a licensed professional engineer.
