Hank Kidwell P.E. has been appointed chairman of the City of Austin Impact Fee Board. This board is responsible for “advising and assisting the City in adopting, reviewing and revising land use assumptions; reviewing the Impact Fee Capital Improvements Plan regarding water and wastewater capital improvements and file written comments thereon; monitoring and evaluating implementation of the capital improvements program; advising the land use assumptions, capital improvements program and capital recovery fees; and filing a semiannual report evaluating the progress of the City in achieving the capital improvements plans and identifying any problems in implementing the plans or administering the capital recovery fees.”City of Austin Impact Fee Webpage: http://www.ci.austin.tx.us/cityclerk/boards_commissions/boards/bid34.htm
